We offer several opportunities for adults to get involved in ministries at our church designed to grow and strengthen their faith alongside others. It’s our desire to create environments where adults in the same stages and phases of life can develop authentic relationships with one another while being encouraged to grab hold of how God’s truth intersects with and impacts their lives. Our adult ministry programs all center on gathering as a community around the Word of God and living lives modeled after Christ. The goal of all adult ministries at our church is to help challenge participants to live out their faith while impacting others with the power and truth of the Gospel.
Over the years several women’s small groups have developed at different times throughout the week to best serve as many women as possible. Below is a listing of the different groups and their times. Contact our main office to sign up or inquire further.
This women’s group focuses on inspiration, information, and service. The smaller groups, or circles, meet monthly for fellowship, Bible study, and business. The entire group meets on a quarterly basis. The LWML collects funds in the “mite boxes” and use these funds to serve St. Mark and the Lutheran Church at large.
Mission Statement: To assist each woman of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod in affirming her relationship with the Triune God so that she is enabled to use her gifts in ministry to the people of the world.
Raising up men to be warriors and disciples for Christ… for their families… as single men… in their workplaces… and in their community!
Band of Brothers meets Saturday morning in the youth room at 9am. All men and high school aged boys are welcome to join us as we study the Word and encourage each other to be the men God would have us be. “As Iron Sharpens Iron, Men Sharpen Men!”
To request the Band of Brothers weekly updates and study guides contact Jack Swanda at email@example.com.
Big things do come in small packages! We have a big God, and yet, He humbles Himself to come and walk and talk with us. God desires intimate fellowship with us, and ever since the first church of the apostles, Christ has blessed and grown His church through the intimate fellowship of believers. Connect 3 small group ministry begins September 2018.
